Information for Referring Vets
As well as dealing with domestic pets, All Creatures Healthcare has been set up to be a referral practice, capable of advising and treating small mammals, birds and other exotics. The practice is RCVS accredited, is owned by Stuart and Louise Rayment-Dyble and is staffed by fully qualified vets and nurses.
Louise has worked in several practices in Norfolk with over sixteen years experience. She holds a Certificate in Zoological Medicine, is an ex-president of the BVZS and a member of RCVS, ARAV, AAV and others. She has experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of species encompassing birds, reptiles, small mammals, primates and other exotics. Stuart's background includes over 20 years of experience in aquaculture.
We appreciate that sometimes, all that is needed is advice, and we are more than happy to help by phone or email, even out of hours; we like to think we are friendly and approachable people.
When it comes to referrals, we are happy to see any case, from simple nail trims to complicated second opinion and treatment needs. We can also provide reports on all treatment plans including laboratory results or radiographs.
We have a purpose built sterile operating theatre, sevoflurane anaesthesia, digital radiography suite and our own laboratory. Other facilities include dental kit, nebulisation chamber/ oxygen cage, microsurgical equipment, ultrasound etc.
We carry out all our own out of hours duties and have qualified residential nursing care on-site 24 hours a day, so we can hospitalise overnight whenever necessary.
We aim to make referrals as easy as possible, with a flexible appointment system and information packs with all the information you and your patient require. We follow up every referral appointment with a full written report.
