Louise Rayment-Dyble

I qualified at the Royal Veterinary
College in 1994 and obtained a RCVS Certificate in Zoological Medicine in 1999, and I am a past president of the British Veterinary Zoological Society.

I have worked in Norfolk for over 16 years at 3 different practices, before setting up All Creatures from scratch. My parents ran Stagsden Bird Gardens and kept a wide vairety of pets, from guinea pigs to falconry birds and horses.

I live on site with husband, son and pet miniature schnauzer Humphrey.

Stuart Dyble

I was raised helping to run my parents' aquatics business Bridge House Aquatics in Coltishall. I started as store manager at Pets at Home in 1998, and run several stores including Great Yarmouth and Sprowston Norwich. Whilst there I obtained SQP (suitably qualified person) qualification to prescribe NFA-VPS and POM-VPS categories of medicines.

I became practice manager as well as co-director of All Creatures in summer 2010.

Sally-Ann Rayment

I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2001 and spent 8 years in general practice in Great Yarmouth. I started working permanently for All Creatures in Feb 2010 after doing some temporary work during my maternity leave.

I like all aspects of general veterinary practice. I currently live in Caister-on-sea with my partner Daniel, our 2 year old daughter Madeleine, our pet rabbit Stew and a dog called Hendrix.

Faye Bethell

I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2009 and spent 2 years working in a small animal practice in Great Yarmouth before joining All Creatures Healthcare in 2011. I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine but have a particular interest in treating exotic animals and am currently studying towards my European School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies Certificate in Exotic Animal Practice.

In my spare time I enjoy travelling and looking after my own horses, sheep, dogs and cats.

Amber Pope

I qualified in 2007 whilst working at Haven vets. I'm especially interested in exotics and completed my City and Guilds course in nursing exotic species in 2009.

Since qualifying I have been lucky enough to go to South Africa 3 times and work with their wildlife. I have a variety of exotic pets myself, including a corn snake, degus, hamsters and a mini dachshund, but my favourites are my 2 chinchillas, Lily and Gismo ( Lily was rescued by the RSPCA whilst I was working here).

In my spare time I like to read and draw.

Laura Woollard

I previously worked at Miramar vets in Sheringham for 5 years, training and then qualifying as a veterinary nurse in 2008, before joining the team at All Creatures Healthcare in February 2010.

My interests include all exotic pets, especially birds; I currently have a pet Senegal parrot called Kiwi, who is very friendly.

I am currently studying towards a City and Guilds Certificate in Exotic Animal Nursing.

Hayley Ward

I have a Foundation degree in animal science and welfare and am currently studying for a BA Hons in Professional Studies.

I am planning to start training as a vet nurse later this year, having previously worked at Pets at Home since 2004 where I gathered a great deal of experience. I have a cat called Shelby and two rabbits called Paddy and Flo.

Lucie Claxton

Originally from London, I moved to London to Norfolk in 2003 where I have since met my husband, Paul. I currently own a West Highland Terrier called Solo and Spencer my cat.

I love motorcycling and have enjoyed travelling around Europe numerous times.
