At last, a new type of veterinary practice; one where animal care and customer care are equally important. Welcome to All Creatures Healthcare, a new practice just north of Norwich for local pet owners, and specialist referrals from all over the county of Norfolk and beyond.
Our practice is run by Louise & Stuart who are both highly qualified, have many years experience in veterinary practice and animal welfare, and who believe in providing only the very highest standards of care.
Our ethos is to treat the pet and owner as equally important; we are driven by the needs of our clients, and reflect this by offering longer consultations as standard and ensuring that all our staff are trained to the highest standards and given the authority to act. We are the only practice in the county offering specialist services for exotic animals.
With a rural village setting in Horsford, the practice is housed in a purpose-built barn conversion equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment equipment, four consulting rooms (including one especially for exotic animals), digital x-ray suite and operating theatre.
We offer a full preventative treatment service for all animals, and can provide both healthcare plans and insurance policies to avoid unexpected expenses. But we always make sure that our prices are fair and our charges transparent, with very competitively priced, high quality medicines.
